CANCELLATION POLICY

Steadfast dedicates its value of services to each and every client and we only request the same courtesy in regards to rescheduling and cancellations when it comes to providing these services.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

We understand that uncontrollable events and situations happen, however we ask that you contact your barber as soon as possible to inform them respectfully of any situation that will cause the service to not be performed. Cancellation fees will be 100% of the service amount requested at booking. We cannot express enough the importance of contacting your barber for any issues to avoid any fees and disruptions of future service(s). Thank you.
